Ascend Learning is hiring a full-time Project Manager to manage the day-to-day operation relating to the production of Ascend Learning simulations within the Simulation Center of Excellence (COE). This position will work from our New York, New York office location preferred, remote will be considered.
The Simulation Center of Excellence sits within the Innovative Learning Sciences division of Ascend Learning. We develop simulation learning experiences for all business units across Ascend, providing them with interactive and animated graphics, as well as 3D animated virtual human and environment capabilities. Much of our focus has been on role-play simulations where users engage in conversations to practice effective soft skills that result in improved social, emotional, and physical health.
Your primary focus will be managing simulation development projects, communicating project needs, scope changes, budget updates, as well as assisting our team in pitching solutions and finding areas to improve/create internal workflow process. The ideal candidate will be able to tailor communications to whom they are speaking and working with, in addition to being a valued collaborator. You’ll be able to anticipate problems before they arise.
