KLDiscovery (KLD) is currently in search of a HR Information System Senior Analyst to support our Corporate Information Systems team and the Global HR department across the 1,300 person global company, located in over 20 countries. The position is based in our global headquarter office in Mclean, VA. The Global HR Information Systems Senior Analyst will report to the VP, Corporate Information systems. The HRIS Senior will support the global Oracle HCM and Payroll solution as well as additional HR systems for KLD as a senior contributor. The HRIS Senior analyst will also serve as a primary point of contact for tier 1 support, training and issues resolution for KLD's global HR Information systems.

Responsibilities



  • Support global Oracle HCM, Payroll systems as well as legacy Performance management, Learning and Recruiting systems globally


  • Support manual and automated data loads to and from Oracle Fusion HCM to other systems


  • Manage Integration projects from and to HCM/HRIS systems


  • Lead implementation of additional Oracle HCM modules


  • Develop and write operational HR reports using Ad-hoc query tools and/or SQL


  • Works in partnership and as an extension of the HR Operations team to accomplish our mutual goals of ensuring accurate and timely processing of HR transactions and project implementations.


  • Ensures integration and coordination of any internal and external system changes affecting HR data that is shared across multiple corporate systems, including identification and understanding of the issues, system impacts, options and recommended solutions.


  • Architects system security rules and manages HR administrator access.


  • Partners with HR to build data auditing tools that ensure integrity of our information.


  • Maintains and builds new data integration feeds, including custom solutions as needed.


  • Support regression testing of regular software updates to Oracle Fusion and other HRIS. Efforts will include research, testing, scheduling, communication and training to impacted users.


  • Manage external service providers and implementation vendors


  • Maintains and safeguards confidential information.


  • Facilitate and document business and technical requirements


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, HR or related field.

  • Strong subject matter expertise in Global HR processes and procedures

  • Experience being a key contributor the functional and process aspects of at least 1 major HCM Cloud Based solution (Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM, SAP) internationally

  • Experience Implementing/Supporting Payroll modules in multiple countries

  • 7-10 years of related HCM cloud software products experience, in support of a variety of HR applications including: HRIS, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, time/attendance, talent management and compensation. Working knowledge a major HCM platform Such as Oracle Fusion, Workday or SAP success factors (preferably Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll), Taleo and Halogen highly preferred.

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience implementing data integrations to and from HCM Systems (To ERP, Payroll systems and outside vendors) using a variety of integration methods (API's.Data Connectors, SFTP file uploads, etc.)

  • Strong Meeting and requirements gathering facilitation skills

  • Highly collaborative and communicative with experience working within cross-functional teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Demonstrates KLD cultural values, such as humility, creativity, productivity and customer focus.

  • Strong analytical skills, specifically, the ability to translate business requirements to technical and functional specifications.

  • Ability to perform diagnostics, identify problems and provide resolutions

  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment (SOX, PCI, PII, Circular A-123, etc.).

  • Extensive experience working with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio).
