Safely operate and monitor process equipment in area of responsibility.
Maintain batch sheets, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
Understand production systems (e.g., SAP, MES, WAC)
Troubleshooting process or equipment problems.
Recognize problems and unusual events and communicate to Supervisor and Shift Leader.
Provide clear communication at shift change.
Material movements (drums, forklift, etc.)
Acquire the skills to operate the sanitization room, ability to package product, become proficient on the automate machines and be able to compound product
Assist and train co-workers/Operators as needed.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years of chemical operating experience.
Understanding and compliance with emergency and safety procedures and practices.
Knowledge of G.M.P's (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Knowledge of H.A.C.C.P (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points
Physical Requirements:
Ability to be on your feet 60% - 90% of the day;
Frequently lift a 35 lb. product hose;
Frequently move, lift, pull & push up to 50 lbs.;
Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
Willingness and ability to work in a facility with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hot & cold);
Must have the ability to operator a forklift.
