Research and analyze market dynamics, pricing trends, market opportunities, operating and sales margins to develop reports, procedures and tools for pricing and quoting
Daily maintenance of price changes and/or new product pricing involving calculating and updating customer price files
Prepare and upload annual pricing file to JDE that is in alignment with pricing strategies
Develop and implement product price strategies including segment strategies for the various markets and channels
Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends
Track customer landscape and competitive pricing landscape
Conduct research and monitor competitive activities/products to identify customer needs and market gaps on products/services
Update and maintain IPC configuration with assistance from Product Management Measure
Become the subject matter expert in applications for products to answer technical product questions
Work with sales, Product Manager, engineering and manufacturing to vet special/custom requests and manage RFQs
Work with other departments within the company to develop product specifications to meet the voice of customer needs for various markets create more attractive products
identify technical product issues and recommend solutions that conform to existing business plans and objectives
Serve as a liaison between their company and external customers to increase customer satisfaction
Must be willing and able to travel up to 15%

Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, or related field preferred
Previous analysis work required
Previous experience working with capital equipment and the associated parts and accessories is desired
Strong technical aptitude: the ability to rapidly gain mastery of a subject and effectively and efficiently coach and teach others about that subject
Excellent research skills to propose new product ideas
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability discuss data to a broad and varied audience required
Ability to take complex information and present it in a clear and concise format required
Strong critical thinking, analytic and problem-solving skills required
Comfort engaging with strangers in discussions about the product
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
