We are seeking an experienced and innovative Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic organization. This highly visible opportunity will have responsibility for the recruitment and staffing function supporting multiple business groups.  This position will develop relationships with our leaders to attract, hire and retain talent for PREMIER.  Our ideal candidate will oversee the recruitment & brand strategy for the full recruitment life cycle.  Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Ability to identify trends, present data and key information in a meaningful way to drive results. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with community members, business partners and key stakeholders.  Represent PREMIER in a positive manner that supports our ongoing quest to become an employer of choice in the markets we serve.

Compensation and Schedule

Starting wage is determined based on prior work experiences.

Full-time Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Leads talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage and hire talent for the organization.


• Provide strategic direction and support to business partners and hiring managers for the full recruitment process including creating talent pipelines, sourcing and selecting talent, candidate identification and assessment skills to support managers with the hiring process.


• Ensure a strong positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Develop a strong understanding of business challenges and hiring needs within the markets we serve. 


• Apply experience and knowledge to implement recruitment strategies and action plans by efficiently leveraging workforce and hiring data.


• Able to source potential candidates through various methods, including expertise with social platforms and other professional networks.


• Responsible for the various talent programs, including our employee referral, internship and community related programs aimed at high school students career options.


• Manage and oversee all recruitment partnerships and 3rd party vendors.


• Organizes, attends and coordinates recruitment events and job fairs.


• Responsible for the onboarding and employee experience, striving for continuous improvement and enhancements.


• Conduct tasks in a manner that complies with all consumer protection regulations and treats consumers fairly. 

 

Skills and Qualifications

 

• Combination of education/experience that would enable incumbent to meet essential functions and required competencies of the position.


• Preferred 5 or more years’ experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.


• Knowledge and experience using an HRIS system and Applicant Tracking Systems.


• Previous experience with full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques and employment branding strategies.


• Proactive, problem-solver willing to try new approaches or out-of-the-box thinking to solve talent challenges.


• Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented with strong analytical skills.


• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.


• Must have strong PC skills (Excel and PowerPoint).


• Ability to learn, adapt to change and maintain a positive customer-centric approach.
