The Hospitality Associate provides support to the Hospitality administrative team.  The position will direct incoming phone calls, support the administrative leads, and maintain controls over inventory.  The ideal person for this role is someone with exceptional organizational skills, strong ability to multi-task, and a willing attitude to handle varying tasks on an as-needed basis.

What you will be doing:


  • Answer incoming phone calls, directing to appropriate teams and team members

  • Keep office stocked with appropriate office supplies

  • Assist sales team with customer information

  • Handle all inbound and outbound shipments for customers and vendors

  • Create purchase orders for needed inventory items

  • Receive inventory, paying close attention to serialized items

  • Manage relationships with vendors for submitting purchase orders

  • Pull and allocate equipment for delivery

  • Create and invoice new contracts for new system installations

  • Accept payments by credit card for customers

  • Perform full inventory on a monthly basis

About you:


  • High School diploma

  • Excellent organization skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel

  • Proficient with Google email and knowledge of either Google Apps or Microsoft Office

  • A customer-centric approach to service
