Job Description:
Policy Management Specialist
Manages the policies and procedures of the organization.
Full-Time Position (80 Hours Per Pay Period)
Shift: Days Days: Varied
Wages Based Upon Experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel

Ability to monitor own work to ensure quality
Listens and gets clarification, responds well to questions and participates in meetings
Writes clearly and informatively
Able to read and interpret written information
Synthesizes complex or diverse information, uses intuition and experience to complement data

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES

High school graduate or equivalent, with additional technical or specialized training in organizational skills
Associate’s degree or higher preferred (Health, Policy, Communication, Business, Accounting, Finance or related fields a plus)
Certification in CPPS or other related certification within 2 years of hire
EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years of related experience required to perform essential functions of position
