Position Overview

Utilizes software, career websites, and personal networks as sourcing tools to assist with prospecting of nonexempt employees. Contacts individuals for interviews, assesses and analyzes candidates for employment and assists in the hiring and onboarding process. Under moderate to general supervision, aids Talent Acquisitions Team on basic administrative tasks related to the recruitment and onboarding process, to ensure a positive and efficient experience for current and prospective candidates.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Consults with the Talent Acquisition Team on the Division’s requisition needs. 


• Posts and updates new positions on company and career websites. 


• Assists with managing and formatting active job descriptions to ensure consistency.  


• Learn how to qualify resumes and evaluate talent for hourly level positions.  


• Manages candidates through the recruiting lifecycle using our Applicant Tracking System (Success Factors).    


• Assists TA Team with screening candidates in ATS.


• Creates and runs marketing campaigns on various job boards and social media channels to drive applicant traffic. 


• Schedules interviews for hiring managers. 


• Conducts reference checks for finalist candidates.


• Drafting offers letters, extending offers, and negotiating with candidates. 


• Develops sourcing strategies with Recruiting team on hard to fill positions.


• Cross-train and back-up co-workers on an as-needed basis. 


• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. 

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Experience

• Atleast 1 year of experience in recruitment, sales, data analysis or customer service.
