• Provides impact analysis, quality low level design, and contributes to high level design.  Designs based on the standards and patterns accepted as the norm at Informatica. Defends designs effectively in solution governance as well as design reviews.
• Navigates ambiguity and guides developers, associates, and peers. Plans delivery for his/her area of expertise aroud the set of tasks that he/she has taken ownership.
• Develops and delivers on the tasks as an individual contributor as well as provides guidance to others on tasks falling in their area of expertise. Executed with high quality and at a productivity level higher than a developer (ie able to deliver 6 story points in a sprint compared to the norm of 4 story points).
• Maintains expertise in an area that involves both technical and functional domain (Like Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lightning). Contributes to the standards definition and updates as well as review artifacts.
• Significantly contributes to initiatives that elevates team's expertise on a given platform (ie unit test automation frameworks for UI, building CI/CD pipeline, Impact analysis framework for better analysis).

• Strong programming skills on technologies and frameworks. Ability to define multiple solution options covering different tools, techniques, frameworks, and services/API's. Evaluate and develop based on the best suited option given trdeoffs like performance, time, maintainability and project time contraints.
• Ability to model designs typically using a formal design methodology and be able to communicate designs using pattern language
• As part of the global model, is able to review, guide and mentor resources. 

Education/Experience 

• BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.  
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
