We will rely on you to organize, develop and implement a school-based speech-language pathology program by providing direct and consultative services to children with exceptional educational needs and to educational staff when children require speech-language pathology to benefit from special education.  School-based speech-language pathologist works to improve a speech or language impairment of sound production, voice, fluency, or language that significantly affects education performance. Full-time Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (7.5 paid hour per day 8 hours in person. Start date: August 9and first day of school August 12 (End date  May 20)

Education

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a school accredited by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association

Licensure/Certification

• Relevant experience preferred


• Department of Public Instruction license


• Certificate of Clinical Competence (C.C.C.) as awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association required for a supervisory role


• Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to insured car


• Successful completion of a caregiver background check and pre-employment screen
