I. JOB SUMMARY
A red team analyst will participate in the selection, design and execution of various offensive security testing for Emergent, covering a wide range of targets. A successful applicant must be capable of evaluating environments, systems or processes to discover weaknesses, and turn those discoveries into actionable real-world attacks.
A successful candidate will possess an effective aptitude in security of operating systems, networking protocols, firewalls, and middleware applications, scripting, and programming. A working knowledge of forensics is also a plus. The ability to effectively translate highly technical information for less technical internal customers is a must.
