Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
At least seven years of experience within Division I Intercollegiate Athletics, or Professional ticketing, and/or additional combination of marketing and fundraising
At least five years of supervision over a full-time ticket sales and service staff and/or a full-time marketing and fundraising team
High level of experience with ticket sales platform provided by Paciolan
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading ticket sales efforts leveraging Paciolan
Experience leading ticket sales hiring, regular training, and goal-setting
Experience administering SalesForceCRMplatform
Experience coordinating with Paciolan products Marketing Automation and Advantage
Experience and knowledge with a data warehouse and providing actionable insights from solution
Proven background in successfully supervising partnerships related to sales, as well as premium services and/or hospitality management
At least six years working directly with premium seat holders and on related hospitality offerings in college or professional sports
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to clearly communicate project goals to all members of the ticket office and external division
Analytic proficiency skills with large amounts of data and ability to guide decisions based upon related insights and reporting
Proven ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Demonstrated commitment to customer service and ability to effectively manage large crowds and heavy volume of feedback
Ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
