The successful candidate for this position will engage in the evolution, maintenance, and support of Agilent's SharePoint Online corporate intranet, as well as Agilent's Microsoft Power Platform service offering and other Microsoft 365 cloud services.

Leads the delivery of information technology services or key organizational processes to meet business needs. Identifies, qualifies, recommends and supports solutions using external vendors and internal partners. Works on information technology assignments with clearly defined objectives. Solves problems of limited scope and complexity.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operational, design, and consulting aspects of service management and support.

  • Handles the relationship and monitors performance of information technology vendors contracted for the delivery of outsourced services, including assessing performance and establishing and monitoring service level agreements.

  • Create, improve and test information technology solutions including business applications, infrastructure services and company web pages as they use or integrate with SharePoint or Power Platform.

  • Direct collaborating with Agilent functions and businesses to build their internal company presence within our established intranet framework.

  • Support and lead complex SharePoint and Power Platform issues and business requests that go beyond the capability of our outsourced support providers.

  • Process and solution creation and improvement. Compliance monitoring.

  • Escalations, Incident and Problem Management: Lead incident escalations, problem management, Root cause analysis, Disaster recovery planning and procedures.

  • Development and documentation of Security Policies and Procedures.

  • Work closely with other IT towers / boundary applications to ensure successful project delivery of cross application operations projects.

  • Participate in industry forums and effectively engaging with peer companies to bring external perspectives/recommendations in-house.

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.

  • No prior experience required; may have up to 2 years of meaningful experience.

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

  • Good interpersonal skills.

  • Strong leadership skills to coordinate and facilitate activities with colleagues.
