POSITION TITLE

Supply Chain Administrator

POSITION OVERVIEW

This position is located at the Milliken Cedar Hill Plant in Jonesville, SC. The Supply Chain Administrator is responsible for providing general administrative support to various groups in the Supply Chain organization The Supply Chain Administrator reviews and analyzes catalog updates for accuracy ensures data quality and is accountable for the accuracy of information. Reports directly to Plant Supply Chain Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Provide administrative support for managing inventory of all raw materials.

  • Provide clerical support associated with preparing and processing inventory.

  • Perform clerical duties associated with processing raw materials, information and documentation. Perform clerical duties associated with creating, distributing, managing and closing orders. Participate in Supply Chain-related audits.

  • Identify opportunities and implement actions to continuously reduce wasted time, money and resources.

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED


  • Minimum High School Diploma preferred or equivalent experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Prior inventory warehouse experience is preferred but not required

The successful candidate will have strengths in the following:


  • Strong attention to detail, shows initiative, and is self-motivated

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work with cross functional teams and customers

  • Experienced in SAP is a plus
