A successful Lead Generation Pipeline Manager will help develop strategies that aligns sales and product marketing around the same goal of revenue generation. Our goal is to track and regularly review metrics- at the account manager and geographical level to identify what activities are and are not working, potential pipeline bottlenecks, as well as strengths and weaknesses on the team level.

The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, an in-depth understanding of current marketing technologies and trends, relevant working experience and project management skills. This role is in the Identity and Access Management pillar and as such working with our Business Intelligence and Sales Operations teams as well as Corporate/field Marketing and other teams outside our pillar as needed will be necessary.

Duties and responsibilities:


  • Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business


  • Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success


  • Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines


  • Recruit and train talent for the successful implementation of marketing campaigns



  • Compile regular reports of metrics including but not limited to:



    • new opportunities per week


    • new meetings booked


    • Total pipeline by stage


    • Lead-Opportunity Conversion Rate


    • New closed deals


    • Win rate


    • Product adoption by geo


    • Renewal rates by product


    • Deal loss reasons


    • Average sales cycle/deal size by product




  • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects


  • Organize trade shows, exhibitions and promotional events including writing and proofreading marketing copy, as well as recruiting designers, animators and printers


Skills and qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in communication, digital marketing or related fields


  • 5-10 years of related job experience


  • Strong problem-solving/analytical skills (Salesforce, Excel, etc...)


  • Exceptional communication and project management skills


  • In-depth knowledge of running B2B and B2C campaigns


  • Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously


  • A good understanding of current marketing trends
