The Public Safety Group, including ECSI, Fisdap, and other market-leading product lines, supports students, instructors, and those in the field in reaching their educational and professional goals. From initial training and certification preparation, through continuing education and career resources, the Public Safety Group supports EMS providers and fire personnel through every step of their education and careers.


 


As the Content Coordinator for the Professional Education group, you will have the opportunity to learn the content management side of the business from the ground up. This role performs a wide range of tasks that are imperative to the overall product pipeline. The Content Coordinator gains insight into how internal teams intersect by working across multiple departments in support of Content Strategists.


 


Role and Responsibilities:


• Manage peer review process and maintain reviewer database


• Manage pre-launch and launch process, including scheduling meetings and related support tasks


• Act as a point person for end-to-end projects


• Review and post instructor materials


• Work with reprint and manufacturing teams (reprint corrections; access code requests)


• Proofread marketing materials

Education & Experience:


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience


• Experience with educational product content development a plus


• 1-2 years experience
