Program Manager needed for full-time salary role at B2B marketing agency in Seattle, WA.

JOB TITLE:Program Manager

LOCATION:Seattle area

SALARY:$130,000

START DATE:June/July, potential mid-late May

JOB SUMMARY:Our client isseeking an experienced Program Manager to work with and support a team that delivers on a fast paced and high visibility content marketing program for a local enterprise technology client. You will be highly organized, and detail oriented with an aptitude and passion for both operational and strategic responsibilities. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by exceeding client expectations.You communicate effectively and make complex programs approachable and highly functional with ease.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the day in and day out of a program execution team

  • Mitigate questions, comments and concerns as they arise and ensure they being directed to the appropriate person and resolved in a timely manner

  • Work alongside Project Management and Program Operations to evaluate, identify and implement process and tools to continue to automate campaign delivery.

  • Evaluate external facing documentation regularly to ensure updates are made to reflect shifts or changes within the program

  • Engage with clients and be the face of Knack within representing the day-to-day progress of the program

  • Represent the program internally and provide regular updates to the Program Strategist and Client Engagement Lead on status of program, optimization opportunities, areas for improvement, areas for growth, etc.

  • Work with Program Strategy and Client Engagement to provide tactical refinement in the overall program to grow and open doors to new ops.

  • Support the campaign planners to build strong audience targeting and segmentation strategies, with a keen sense of what questions need to be asked during intake to ensure client satisfaction with lead quality

  • Communicate with creative teams to develop compelling concepts, content, etc.

  • Create client facing documentation to support clients on best lead nurture practices with the goal of driving sales pipeline, proofs of concept and revenue

  • Comfortable driving usage of project management system to effectively communicate schedules, resources, and relevant project information

What's required to apply:


  • 8+ years' experience in Marketing (strategy/account management) with an emphasis in B2B marketing

  • 3+ years of people management

  • 3+ years of marketing agency experience preferred

  • Deep experience in budget, estimating and scope development management

  • Experience functioning in a Project Management/Program Manager or Operational Role preferred

  • Previous Microsoft experience preferred

  • SMB and Enterprise Technology Marketing Experience preferred

  • Passion and aptitude to be client facing and work with key stakeholders
