DELMIAWORKS (IQMS), a division of Dassault Systemes, is looking for a an Account Executive located in the territory which is comprised of California, Nevada, Idaho, Washington, and Oregon. This is a sales professional position responsible within the assigned territory for finding leads, formulating sales strategies, communicating product value to prospects and closing sales with new DELMIAWORKS customers while achieving annual sales quota objectives.

This is a full-time salaried and variable compensated position with competitive benefits package based in the United States, reporting to the Vice President West Region Sales
What will your role be?
This is a unique opportunity to gain experience with an established, international cutting-edge software company committed to providing complete ERP/MES/QMS/SCM solutions to manufacturing customers across a wide variety of vertical industries
Working within a small and dedicated sales team, this unique opportunity will focus on value-based and consultative selling methods to formulate sales strategies to competitively position the DELMIAWORKS solution with the prospect as a mission critical system in running their business and manufacturing operations
Gathering requirements with prospects by listening then positioning and selling DELMIAWORKS software, MES hardware, implementation services and training as a solution to the prospect.
Successfully discuss, describe and demonstrate the functionality and value of the applicable portions of the DELMIAWORKS solution along with assigned presales solution engineers plus engaging with the professional services and training organization for scoping and selling these services with the solution
Establish and maintain relationships with ERP/MES selection consultancies along with other Dassault Systemes product (i.e. SolidWorks) channel partners operating in the assigned territory
Develop and deliver comprehensive pricing quotes and proposals to prospective customers while maintaining accurate opportunity status updates with focus on forecast accuracy.
The Challenges Ahead
Comfortable selling to both executive level decision makers and operational practitioners
Provide accurate and timely opportunity updates through DELMIAWORKS CRM system; weekly sales forecast calls and quarterly business review meetings
Working with business development team, generate leads in the assigned territory through networking with selection consultancies, channel partners, trade-shows and existing customer relationships
Build and maintain prospect relationships as a trusted business advisor
Overcome technical and business objections posed by prospects
Flexible to work as a team member with both inside team members plus outside partners
Your Key Success Factors
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5-10+ years relevant software sales experience preferably with ERP, MES and/or SCM solutions
Business to business sales experience leveraging solution selling or similar skills with a proven record in sales
Excellent communication, time management and attention to detail skills
Must be a self-motivated team player who embraces personal and professional responsibility
Must be able to meet sales quotas and objectives
Proficient with Microsoft Office Professional (PowerPoint, Work, Excel Outlook, etc.)
Proficiency with the DELMIAWORKS (IQMS) Customer Relationship Management software
Strong command and comprehension of the English language, spoken and written
