WHAT DOES THIS ROLE INVOLVE?

Under the direction of the Construction Sales Leaders the position is responsible to provide support for the Sales team by performing the duties listed below:





    • Prepare and submit Prequalification Statements/Packages.




    • Ensure Project Manager's resumes and Project Profiles are up-to-date




    • General communication and coordination amongst the Project Management group




    • Final wordsmithing and polishing assistance with letters and presentations




    • Manage sporting tickets




    • Manages Industry Event List with organizational involvement of up to three on-going organizations (ie. DBIA)




    • Assist with personnel transfer documentation and material protocol




    • Review and approve office supply needs ensure printing area is in proper operating condition




    • Review and approve other Project Coordinators timecards if applicable




    • Scheduling of periodic social events including Project Engineering events and other team building occurrences as well as attending these events to be part of the group. "Own" the administration aspect of the event.




    • Help manage the leader's schedules with the rest of the group.




    • Keep in communication with other branch Project Coordinators and Administrators




    • Take meeting minutes for the Sales leaders as required




    • Assist with onboard new hires



      • Coordinate with Human Resources to ensure that all first-day activities are scheduled in advance, itinerary, meet & greets, etc.




      • Assist the manager with new hire equipment setup; ITPAFs, business cards, key fob/building access, email setup, etc. to ensure a successful onboarding process







Project Manager Support:



  • Process job number requests and contracts




  • Final wordsmithing and polishing assistance with proposal letters/presentations. The PM is responsible for writing their own proposals, this person would help the final polishing of the proposal.




  • Maintain project bid boards in conjunction with Project Managers. (Bid Tracer)




  • Provide support of the PMs by connecting them with the appropriate corporate support person for various enquires




  • Understand where PM training resources are located




  • Have a good general understanding of the training resource usage to guide PM and PEs towards

  • Good marketing skills are an added bonus to help polish resumes and project profiles.

This is a non-exempt position, Monday through Friday beginning at 8:00 a.m. ending at 5:00 p.m., with one hour for lunch.
