Job Description





American Renal Associates, a national provider of quality dialysis services, is experiencing rapid growth and we are searching for the right individuals to help continue our superb performance. We are currently accepting applications for the following position inour Corporate Headquarters, located at the modern and convenient Cummings Center in Beverly, MA:


Help Desk Support I


This specialist will be responsible for providing first level support services for over 3300 local and remote end-users. Candidate should be able to configure, install and maintain Microsoft Windows 7 and 10 systems in an Active Directory environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background with the ability to present information effectively; possess a professional and friendly phone manner.



Key Responsibilities


Preferred Candidates will:


  • Troubleshoot problem areas (in person, telephone, remote desktop or via e-mail) by providing and facilitating technical support in a timely and accurate fashion and also provide end-user assistance where and when necessary.

  • Be part of the call center for a portion of the day to achieve First Call Resolution.

  • Possess the ability to analyze, assess and resolve complex system level software issues

  • Image desktops and laptops when necessary

  • Ensure all tickets requiring follow-up work and/or calls are resolved.

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Ensure all assets are properly tracked within the Inventory tracking system.

  • Other duties as assigned.






Qualifications and Experience


  • An A.S. or B.S. degree preferred with at least one year experience working in a technical role.

  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows ACLs.




This is a Full-Time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Hours of work may vary according to business needs. Occasional travel may be required (up to 10% of the time).
