One of our top clients, located in Norfolk, VA, is immediately seeking a Nutrition Care Coordinator.The Nutrition Care Coordinator rolewill provide great opportunity to develop and grow patient care, patient referrals and customer service experience. Location and Hours:

• Norfolk, VA


• Hours: 9:30am-6pm


• Monday-Friday.


• Pay: $18hr

Responsibilities

• Support national healthcare organization by providing administrative support as related to Enteral Nutrition


• Correspondence via email and phone to provide excellent customer service support within each interaction


• Interacts with existing patients to refill food supply and coordinate the entire process


• Calls come in a queue


• Metrics-driven environment


• Other administrative duties as needed

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to think creatively, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once


• High school diploma with 1-2 years of healthcare experience or Bachelor's degree
