We are currently seeking aService Dispatcher to join our team. This role will dispatch equipment installation and service to meet our customers' needs.
Job Functions:
Receive requests for service and installations, qualify work to be done and issue work orders.
Call customers and service providers to coordinate and follow up on service provided to ensure company standards are met.
Participate in On-Call rotation as required (includes night, weekends and holiday rotation).
Perform data entry into the PC based systems as procedures require.
Maintain detailed work logs, status reports, purchase order information, etc. Records are to be through and current on a daily basis.
Investigate customer complaints and resolves customer issues.
Conduct dispatch maintenance functions (ie: warranty process, customer re-bill invoice procedures, vendor map point maintenance, certificate of insurance updates, etc.)
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
Other duties assigned by management
* High school degree or equivalent * 2+ years' experience in a customer service setting * Excellent written and verbal communication * Intermediate knowledge of basic Windows software application to include Word and Excel * Demonstrated ability to efficiently work independently * Willingness to collaborate and work with a team * Demonstrate good decision making skills * Possess minor beverage equipment repair knowledge or willing to learn and be trained (helpful but not required) * Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Demonstrate ability to effectively handle multiple issues simultaneously
