OVERVIEW


Testimonial Line Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the customer experience by providing on air reviews of products purchased.  This position identifies which customers who call in to the live show are put on air.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Answer incoming testimonial calls and ask a sequence of questions to fine tune the focus of a caller.

  • Answer AskLive online chat questions

  • Interact with and engage with callers to establish how they can impact the show.

  • Maintain the Call Log accurately.

  • Route customer service calls to the appropriate support.

  • Create Show Plan templates for Line Producers.

  • Benchmark product presentations on other networks.

  • Perform other necessary control room functions and responsibilities.

  • Process Customer Service offline tasks

  • Other duties as assigned by manager

 


QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES



  • Associate’s degree (A.A.), or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • One to two years of customer service-related experience

  • Computer proficiencies: Microsoft Suite (mainly Excel and Word)

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to listen to the live show and speak back clearly at the same time

  • Must be able to perform basic administrative and clerical functions including answering phones, typing, working on multiple computer screens, and basic troubleshooting.
