NA RGM Indirect Price Review and Governance Lead
Position Purpose
Reporting directly to the NA RGM Implementation and Compliance Lead, the Indirect Price Review and Governance Lead will be a highly visible, indispensable leader in directing the critical Indirect Price (Chargeback claims, Payment / Logistics terms) Review team and Governance Audit team in achievement of business objectives in achievement of indirect price policy compliance, control and recovery for realization and NRR delivery to the business. The position works closely with multiple senior leaders to pro-actively influence and drive impact. Pro-active leadership of Indirect Price review structure and control changes and interactions with Category and Sales to agree and implement those changes. At the same time, the incumbent will be expected to provide leadership, direction and coaching to the wider NA Governance Team as well as directional support to GBS to ensure compliance.
The role will proactively bring forward and clarify strategic indirect price choices and bring a point of view to the table that influences the direction of the organization regarding Indirect Price and NRR realization and business, category and customer hierarchy pricing enhancements.
Take accountability to deliver results that have a meaningful, direct impact on reducing claim errors or non compliance leading to higher NRR and OP delivery.
Development of specific recommendations of RGM Indirect Price strategy realization and implementation of the defined strategies and tactics across diverse teams.
This will require a detailed and rigorous approach to understand the current indirect pricing and customer hierarchy and how to strategically game plan to increased compliance and retention of value realization in the market.
The role will be a thought leader in the implementation of all indirect pricing policy and process adherence and controls. Lead will ensure the team efficiently manages all indirect price policy and compliance exceptions decisions alongside the Implementation and Compliance lead and Category as required taking a lead in influence utilizing all available data and reporting for clear consistent objective decisions.
Additionally, the role will pro-actively influence and bring to bear Indirect Price Review teams analysis and insight leading to action and change for improved compliance and value retention delivery across the region relating to all aspects of the Indirect Price waterfall and AOC reporting - ensuring impactful and actionable insight from evaluations, reviews and returns and consistent with RGM controls and business needs. Lead will drive the compliance of policy implementation and realization alongside Pricing, Customer Investment and Implementation Strategies and implement via the team.
At the same time, the incumbent will be expected to provide leadership, direction and coaching to the team as well as alignment support to wider RGM leadership team to ensure consistency.
