We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Manager who reports directly to the CRO and is an important member of the Ace Relocation Systems Strategic Team that contributes to growth and success by leading and growing the Virtual Inside Sales Department. 

Responsibilities
• Overall Insides Sales Department Performance and Growth
• Establish long term strategy, business/sales processes, and performance and success indicators
• Set goals, track leads and sales, produce reports, complete monthly forecasting and set department budgets.

• Leadership & Motivation of Inside Sales Department

• Strategic and Tactical Sales Training
• Responsible for hiring, training, coaching and supervising a team of Inside Sales Reps and empowering and enabling them to achieve their sales goals in line with overall company goals
• Tactical Call Reviews & Feedback
• Management of Customer Experience Metrics
• Create internal and external partnerships to drive opportunities

Requirements
• 5+ years of inside sales experience in a B2C environment

• 2-3 years sales management experience building and leading high-performance inside sales teams

• Fluency of relevant data-driven sales methodology
• Relocation experience a plus
• Startup and / or Technology company experience preferred
• Expert level experience implementing and utilizing a CRM (HubSpot preferred) individually and across a team environment
• Analytical mindset with the ability to review data and create profitable actions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
