Come join our Video Survey team.  Ace is committed to maximum customer value and we successfully combine the latest technologies in the transportation industry with quality, client focused relocation services.  Our video surveyors are often the first point of contact with our customers, and we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and who can adapt to flexible situations.

Flexible hours to work with your schedule.  Work hours can be scheduled morning/afternoon/early evening, Monday through Sunday. Background checks and pre-employment drug test are required.  

DUTIES include but not limited to:

• Schedule appointments


• Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication


• Walk the customer through the process of the video survey


• Make recommendations to customers 


• Follow suggested scripts


• Input data into company programs


• Calculate weight obtained from video surveys

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Professional, positive attitude and a willingness to learn


• Ability to problem solve with positive outcomes


• Knowledge of IOS, Android and Microsoft operating systems


• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
