  • You love being heavily involved in the process of moving from strategy to execution, taking a hands-on approach to analysis, insights, integration and implementation. When we don't have a solution for something, you find one and build support for it.

  • You know the importance of the user experience resulting from firm strategies and policies.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with senior leaders and key internal stakeholders to deepen their understanding of the financial impact of firm strategies and business activities on branch team compensation programs.

  • Understand the roles, responsibilities, and activities performed by organizational functions (e.g., branch teams, marketing, operations, finance, human resources) and the interrelationship among them; have ability to collaborate across functional and organizational lines.

  • Execute advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and complex financial impact modeling of profit and loss statement and variable compensation impacts.

  • Synthesize the results of quantitative and qualitative analysis into key trends, actionable insights, and/or recommendations for delivery to senior leaders.

  • Develop and present written and verbal impact analysis resulting in recommended solutions with high impact. Recommend optimal or preferred operational and policy solutions to influence scalable, strategic decision making.

  • Participate in, and occasionally lead, cross-functional teams responsible for implementing medium to large sized projects in support of divisional and firm-wide business objectives.

  • Champion the innovation and evolution of existing processes, controls, and technology in order to meet the changing needs and increasing complexity of the organization through partnership with relevant stakeholders as a subject matter expert.

  • A Bachelor's degree in related field is required. CPA/MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.

  • 2+ years previous cross-functional team leadership or project management experience.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required, including working ability to utilize pivot tables, advanced charting, advanced formulas, and conditional formatting.

  • Prior experience with PeopleSoft, Hyperion, SQL, and business intelligence software (Tableau) is considered a plus.

Functional Skills

  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills with experience delivering presentations to business leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a highly collaborative environment through effective listening and collaboration skills.

  • Intermediate financial analysis, forecasting, and complex financial modeling skills, such as sensitivity analysis incorporating multiple variables and financial analysis of business decision alternatives.

  • Possess intellectual curiosity as well as a strong interest in and desire to implement change and develop creative solutions.

  • Ability to make decisions and manage medium scale projects or initiatives using project management skills.

  • Successfully prioritize workload according to criteria such as time urgency, perceived value of outcome, ease of completion, importance, and organizational factors. Independently adjust to changing priorities as needed.
