What you will be doing:

• Creating taseful delights to complement our restaraurant and banquet menus
• Leading and developingtalented pastry cooks
• Balancing the financial, brand, guest and guest standards

Your experience and skills include:

• Proven talents in all areas of the pastry kitchen
• Experience leading a team of varied demographics
• Knowledge of current trends in the F&B maket
• Be able to assess operational needs and action business plansefficiently
• Ability to influence and be held accountable for business results

Your team and working environment:

Overseeing the pastry shop within the culinary operations, you will work cohesively with all areas of the hotel operation including main kitchen, banquet kitchen, Catering & Conference Services and Restaurant operations.
