What you will be doing:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Identify and anticipate owners' and guests' needs toensure personalized service
Assist with anyarrangementsfor owners and/orguests
Secure and retrieve vehicles within and from the parking facility in keeping with the valet parking procedures
Deliver luggage within residences per resident preferences uponarrival and retrieve luggage upon their departure. Unload and load luggage into residents' vehicles
Deliver and store owner storage boxes and items as requested with owner arrivals
Provide a detailed orientation ofresidence amenities and features to all arriving residents which includes HVAC system, media panel (TV and DVD/radio system), appliances throughout the kitchen and washer/dryer components
Retrieve food from Ghirardelli Square outlets and serve within the residences as part of the In-Residence Dining service
Deliver amenities, faxes, mail, newspapers, packages and other items requested by residents
Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards
Follow all safety policies
Other duties as assigned
Your experience and skills include:
Previous customer related experience an assest
Valid State driver's license required
Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work flexible schedule (available for morning, mid, and evening shifts, weekends/holidaysas required)
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs or more
