As the Vice President of the Transformation Office & Strategic Corporate Portfolio, this position will be responsible for leading and executing a transformation program that includes the creation of an efficiency program, the process modifications to drive a culture of empowerment and speed to value and partnering with Enterprise Technology peers to drive the modernization of technology. This position will partner closely with the Business and Executive Leadership to create and manage the corporate portfolio and ensure that prioritized projects drive the greatest amount of value to Blue Cross of MA. Success in this role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills. This person will be a change agent and must be able to identify opportunities to implement change while executing on existing commitments to the portfolio. There must be a solid track record of recruiting, upskilling, and retaining talented resources.

Essential Functions:
Develop, brand, communicate, educate, and drive results on the Company's transformation initiatives.
Lead team of ~65 associates covering transformation initiatives, portfolio management, business analysis, scrum masters, and project management
Partner with divisional peers to position projects for successful execution using modern processes to drive speed to value
Lead in the preparation of the organization's Strategic Planning and Investment Planning processes
Oversee all aspects of project management including internal development, implementation, and or integration of third-party applications

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Technical field or appropriate field of study is required; Master's Degree preferred

Must have experience driving transformation programs with demonstrated results
Minimum of 10 years cross functional program/project experience, with a demonstrated track record of execution and change management on how to adapt processes to new ways of working
Minimum of 10 year's experience managing and developing people is required
Exceptional oral and written communication skills with varied stakeholders (e.g., business, technical executives) are essential
Must be team player who thrives on working collaboratively and skilled at influencing
