The Product Engineer provides product design, development and launch support to effectively and efficiently launch products, as well as growing the technical capabilities of the Yanfeng organization.

• Understand internal and external customer design requirements


• Create Design


• Communicate Design


• Validate Design


• Launch Product


• Utilize PRP to guide Launch Process


• Capture lessons learned


• Develop tactical plans to meet deliverables


• Deliver design within engineering budget and BOM cost targets


• Communicate effectively both internally and externally


• Apply structured problem solving methods for issue resolution


• Manage Program Risk

Qualifications: 

 
BS/ME or equivalent degree in a technical field (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Science, Industrial & Operations, etc.)
 
Entry level professional – to experienced professional (1 - 5 years experience)
