YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Program Manager, you will:

• Plan product development efforts including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and present plans to client for consensus and approval.


• Motivate team of subcontractors to achieve end goals and meet milestones


• Maintain a project budget and ensure the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible.


• Create or oversee the creation and delivery of all periodic and as-required program deliverables.


• Prepare and brief high-level government officials on technology roadmap, schedules, budget and project status on regular basis.

YOU BRING

• TS/SCI required.


• Master's degree or equivalent training and experience required.


• Excellent oral and written communication skills with customer, team and leadership.


• 20+ years technical management background and recent project/program management experience to bridge the gap between our engineering and operations teams and the client and mission partners.


• Understanding of technical product development plans and be able to communicate product development road maps from a mission-value point of view to our client and mission partners.


• Experience with AWS Cloud and cloud technologies.


• Ability to work with officials from all levels of the government.

Also ideal:

• Knowledge of GPS/PNT capabilities
