Position Summary:

Responsible for directing, planning, and overseeing the execution of the FS Solutions (“FSS”) strategic plans relating to all service operations across each FSS location.  Provide leadership and development of the location management team to ensure professional growth, goal achievement and optimal customer satisfaction.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support the execution of key strategic initiatives for each FSS location that align with the overall company objectives and the annual operating plan

  • Develop and communicate objectives and expectations for direct reports and provide feedback on performance

  • Monitor team progress against goals and provide updates and reports to senior leadership

  • Achieve assigned organizational objectives regarding forecasted budgets for all service rental, refurbishing and service truck business, while being an active participant in the success of FS Solutions Aftermarket operations overall

  • Responsible for service sales, distribution channel selections, pricing and promotional activities

  • Representing the opinions and suggestions of the customers to the company so the company has feedback from its customers

  • Providing customers with product information and availability, estimated time of arrival of goods and product recommendations

  • Utilizing the tools, CRM and resources to document and communicate with all stakeholders

  • Develop, implement, and monitor a follow-up system for service recommendations and proposals

  • Provide support and direction in developing the team through training to support all customer requirements

  • Develop and monitor productivity and the labor force’s workload in conjunction with scheduling service appointments/deadlines.

  • Works with other business units to help develop best practices.

  • Ensure all safety and environmental policies and procedures are understood and adhered to by all employees and are integrated into daily activities

  • Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • 5+ years of experience in equipment service management including P&L responsibility

  • Proficient at understanding and managing a P&L

  • Strong technical aptitude

  • Proven ability to effectively manage and lead a team

  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills

  • A tenacious drive for improvement and achieving goals

  • Strong technical competency & process oriented

  • Proven results-oriented leadership style

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and motivation

  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
