Responsibilities:
This individual will work in the office of the General Counsel of Prime Clerk and work closely with the General Counsel as well as with other members of Prime Clerk's legal and case teams primarily to support Prime Clerk's legal function. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and meticulous critical thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills. To be successful in this role, the summer intern will need to thrive in busy, fast paced situations.
