Friendship Senior Options is currently hiring for a Resident Services (Security) position at its Friendship Village of Schaumburg location. Full time day and pm shift position. This position provides various customer services with a focus on resident satisfaction by having a manner that is accommodating, confident, polite, and flexible.

Responsibilities include: emergency responder, walking/vehicle security patrols, reporting safety hazards, lock-ups/unlocks, incident reports, hospitality desk, valet parking services, and (occasional) shuttle bus driving in a large, premier senior living community. (CDL license not required for driving.) Must be able to use stairwells in multi-story buildings.

Basic computer/email skills required, including Word and Outlook. Must be able to work Weekdays and Weekends. Should be available an average of 8 – 16 hours weekly. Additional availability during orientation and training is a plus. Flexibility to work different shifts also a plus. At least one (3) years of similar experience is required.
