skill ASPNET net core1 DotNet Technical lead is responsible for L2L3 support incident and problem management for a Retail Ecommerce client and accountable for working with client team and offshore support team to meet the agreed service levels 2 As the liaison between the business and support team ensures the understanding of business problems in order to reach the ultimate technical solution that fixes business issues 3 Proficient and hands on experience with Microsoft technologiesframeworks  DotNet ASPNet C and SQL Server4 Strong knowledge in production support  application maintenance processes related to Incident management Problem Management and handing service requests is needed5 Digital Commerce domain knowledge and understanding would be an added advantage 6 Willing to work in shifts and provide on call support during off business hours
