Our client located in Libertyville, is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to join their growing team.

Hours: 40 hours a week with rotating schedules ranging between 9:30am-6:00pm, 10:30am-7:00pm and 12:30pm-9:00pm Monday-Friday, must be flexible with working hours and available for occasional Saturday's from 9:00am-1:00pm. Training for the first few months may begin as early as 8:00am. Office environment, occasional overtime may be required.

Pay: $17.00/hr

Responsibilities:

-Receive and resolve complex transactional information from field sales personnel

-Customer application and contract administration including exercising proper due diligence of documentation and audits

-Accurate entry and resolution of transactional information received into designated systems

Requirements:

-Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required

-1-3 years of finance company related experience preferred

-Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload with multiple tasks
