Responsibilities:
Proactively communicate to team the latest technological developments affecting our industry and identify opportunities for industry presentations
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
Perform reviews of solution design and code
Design, develop and unit test applications
Interest and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and applying them to solve challenging problems
Comfortable with agile software development practices, continuous integration, and test-driven development
Interest in leading, mentoring, and supporting other developers both by example and through your subject matter expertise
Perform technical aspects of specified deliverables and lead team of technical staff in creating deliverables consistent with scope, schedule and budget

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
Minimum of 7 years Software Development in three or more of the following languages: C#, Java, SQL (any flavor), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python
Experience with automated software testing at various levels including unit tests, integration tests, and system test
ReactJS experience
ESRI JavaScript API experience
Working w/RESTful APIs
Familiar with modern JavaScript application build scripts/methodologies
Experienced in Cityworks API's a plus
Experienced in GIS Programming
Experience with at least one RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Proven track record of coaching team members and ability to set clear expectations and goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic environment
Ability to create official work / cost estimates for software development tasks
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment; offer constructive feedback and direction to support goals
Quickly adapt and respond to industry changes as well as internal initiatives
