You have:

• Requires aBachelor'sdegree in a business-related discipline




• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in commercial sales contracting, 5 years ispreferred




• Negotiate and draft contract terms andconditions




• Intermediate to expert level experience with MS Office, with a heavy emphasis on Excel, isrequired




• Demonstrated ability toeffectively and constructively communicate across departmental disciplines while pursuing contract department goals.

• Previous CRM or database experiencerequired

How you will make a difference @ FARO:

• Ensure timely processing of salescontracts




• Negotiate and draft contract terms and conditions in accordance with corporatepolicies

• Analyze potential risks that contract changes may pose to theorganization




• Present and explain contract conditions and details to customers, business partners, andmanagement




• Resolve any existing contractconflicts




• Work with different levels of personnel within an organization to analyze and solidify an overall contractstrategy




• Participate in and prepare for contracting strategymeetings

• Assist in updating departmental SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
