Division Information

PACCAR Parts operates a network of parts distribution centers offering aftermarket support to Kenworth, Peterbilt and DAF dealers and customers around the world. Aftermarket support includes customer call centers operating 24 hours a day throughout the year and technologically advanced systems to enhance inventory control and expedite order processing.

Requisition Summary

This position oversees daily activities involving the rearrangement, operation, maintenance, and repair of the division office / HUB facility and grounds.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Perform routine office maintenance


• Performs office rearrangement


• Resolve emergency repairs and custodial issues


• Service Request Maintenance


• Support Reception activities


• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors


• Support AutoCAD updates


• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Skills

• Knowledge ofgeneral safety practices related to work involving electrical and mechanical tasks in an office environment.


• Must possess working knowledge of methods, practices, procedures, materials, and equipment involved in custodial and other facility maintenance work.


• At least two years of experience in facilities maintenance or similar field.


• Excellent customer service required


• Ability to work independently and as a team player, and willing to be flexible as job requirements and work schedules change.


• AutoCAD experience

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma


• College Degree (preferred)


• 2 Years experience in Facilities Maintenance or similar field


• AutoCAD proficiency
