The Intern will assist in organizing contracts to determine that those contracts are the latest version and in force. The intern will provide create a contract listing document that gives an early warning that a contract is about to expire. This particularly true for Refractive Laser contracts and new IOL contracts. Additionally, the intern will create SAP report variants and other SAP reports to reduce the time needed to complete monthly financial reports.
We are looking for people who are keen to try something new:
Intern to take part in review of contracts: 1- Determining contract start and end dates. 2- Confirming legal names 3- Noting expiration dates with an early warning tool for contracts nearing completion. 4- Outlining any rebate or pricing changing triggers within the contracts. SAP Report Variants: 5- Identifying reporting Gaps in CZMUI reports (due to project Merlin). 6- Updating reporting variants to meet reporting needs Gain knowledge of contract data base and the identify key determinants within those contracts to allow for management to respond pro-actively to expiring contracts and contracts with in-term pricing triggers.
Gain knowledge and be able to use SAP to develop report variants. Develop variants that are relevant to analysts and that will save time in reporting
You are:
Systems Design and development of Ophthalmic Diagnostic Devices including:
Basis organizational skills.
Contract review skills, e.g. noting key dates, contract triggers.
SAP skills, meaning ability to create and save report variants.
