OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that accurate quantities of inventory are pulled correctly and delivered to the correct work area and moving finished products to the Finished Goods Area. This position is also responsible for maintaining clean and safe aisle ways.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF JOB: (other duties may be assigned)
1.Moving Kanban inventory from Raw Goods Inventory (RGI) to work stations.
KEY MEASURES:
*Check Kanban stock at each work station 4 times daily and replenish when needed.
*Feed Kanban cards to the appropriate person for reordering.
2.Inventory cycle counts.
KEY MEASURES:
*Verify Kanban counts when moving materials. If counts are incorrect inform Inventory Manager.
*Count RGI when there is an opportunity. List to be provided by Inventory Manager.
3.Empty Trash
KEY MEASURES:
*Empty trash containers when full and empty into dumpster.
4.Received Goods Inventory.
KEY MEASURES:
*Move received goods from dock area to RGI area and store in approved locations.
5.Rebuilt Seat area
KEY MEASURES:
*Move materials to resupply Kanbans for the seat rebuild area.
OTHER DUTIES OF THE JOB:
1.Perform general cleaning of office and restroom areas.
2.Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISION GIVEN TO THE FOLLOWING DEPARTMENTS:
This position typically does not require the supervision of staff.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED FROM:
Supervision is typically received from the Inventory-Quality-Safety Manager.

Work with machinery with moving parts. Work alone.

Work outside and inside, Work in heat over 100 degrees, Work in excessive or frequent temperature changes, Exposure to vibration, Exposure to gases (propane), Exposure to grease/oils (preservatives/motor oil), Work with moving vehicles, Work weekly average of 40 hours
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT TYPICAL OF THIS POSITION:
This position typically requires the use of personal protective equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
High school diploma or general education degree(GED)
Experience/Training
One to two years related experience/training.
Licenses Or Certifications
Valid drivers license
