Job Description:

Are you looking for the opportunity to utilize your knowledge with supervising staff and monitoring staff performance and productivity on various platforms and strategies?  PREMIER Bankcard is seeking applicants for a UM, Security.

Compensation and Schedule


Starting wage is determined based on prior work experiences.



Full-time Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.



Training Schedule:
Paid on-the-job training! 



Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Assist associates with questions on credit card accounts and manage high volume periods.

  • Handle unusual or difficult customer problems either through direct personal action or referral to the proper department.

  • Monitor workflow to ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Monitor and evaluate individual employee performance, deliver performance reviews, administer salary adjustments, address employee issues, concerns, and future development.

  • Manage all procedure updates/changes that impact the department.

  • Meets all deadlines as indicated by Manager.

  • Investigates and reports nonconformance incidents to Manager, analyzes, evaluates, solves, and makes decisions regarding problematic situations

  • Conduct tasks in a manner that complies with all consumer protection regulations and treats consumers fairly

Skills and Qualifications


  • Capacity to learn, adapt to change, and become proficient quickly.

  • Ability to handle stress, exercise self-control, adheres to company policies and procedures and uphold PREMIER way.

  • Credit card experience preferred, Including prior supervisory experience.

  • Ability to concentrate and work independently, pay attention to detail, and demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
