• Primarily works onsite with a day-to-day focus.  Oversees & helps complete multiple residential/commercial projects simultaneously, as directed by the Project Manager. 


• Monitors, directs & maintains all worksite activity: safety, quality, speed and morale; ensures productive use of labor, materials and equipment; coordinates site layout and deliveries.  Acts as the first layer of site discipline.


• Performs quality control to inspect, diagnose and repair any issues or defects that might arise.  


• Performs the duties and work of a Carpenter, as needed.


• Acts as a link between the field operations and the office operations.  Communicates all updates and concerns on the jobsite to the Project Manager. 


• Ensures jobsite health and safety in accordance with OSHA. 


• Evaluations & trains other employees to promote retention.


• Performs on-call duties.


• Updates company job monitoring software

• At least 10 years of experience in residential and / or commercial construction, remodeling and restoration industry. 


• Ability to read prints, scopes and specifications.  


• Excellent time management and organizational skills.  Proven ability to multi-task. 


• Excellent coaching, training & teaching abilities. 


• Strong customer service skills.


• Technology skills – familiarity with MS Office & Apple software, ability to use iPhones & iPads in field environment.


• OSHA 30 card, CPR & First-Aid certified


• Must have own tools as needed

WORKING CONDITIONS

• May work in cramped spaces.


• May work in various elements of weather.


• Travel to multiple job sites.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequent lifting, standing and kneeling and heavy lifting


• Bend or twisting of body


• Repeat the same movements


• Be physically active for long periods


• Experience with working on ladders
