The Junior Key Account Manager will have the accountability to drive the Emerging Dollar customer base and Closeout strategy for all categories in the Hygiene/Home Business Unit. Individual will be responsible for Dollar Tree account management and additional emerging/new business opportunities, as well as managing monthly product lists/pricing for close out customers to ensure revenue and margin is maximized. Focus on driving NR and GM across all SKUs, partnering with account and trade marketing teams to find areas of opportunity and optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities
•Improve key sales measures and target for national accounts (NR, COP, NWC, trade spend and strong focus on profitability for dollar customers), while ensuring local RB business objectives are achieved •Develop and manage customer relationship with buyers, including but not limited to new products, pricing updates, future planning, etc. •Contribute to closeout strategy ensuring revenue and GM are maximized, work cross-functionally with Demand Planning and Customer Service with strong focus on delivering in-month sales goal •Manage customer negotiations in relation to RB commercial strategy and customers trading terms •Overall continuous improvement - identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories

Qualifications
•4 year college degree preferred or equivalent management experience •Minimum 18 months of sales experience managing a key account on a national scale •Strong knowledge of sales function processes and cross-functional exposure to other RB Business Operations •Knowledge of CPG industry •Strong knowledge of Syndicated Data (i.e. IRI, Nielsen) and Customer Management Process, as well as Microsoft Office •Ability to travel from time to time
