RESPONSIBILITIES• Checks location of products in OMNI system.• Verifies receiving receipts from accounts payable.• Performs cycle counts on RF units.• Researches inventory discrepancies & resolves.• Researches customer service errors (pick errors, over ships, etc.)• Performs customer service counts (customer shipments).• Researches and corrects accounts payable discrepancies.• Maintains accurate inventory locations and moves inventory locations as required.  Conducts product rotation according to Company policies and procedures.• Counts or verifies freight for accuracy and/or damage and infestation.• Performs work on pick and put away discrepancies report.• Researches unit of measure errors.• Checks, receives, breaks down, and separates incoming customer returns and returns to inventory.• Assembles, packs and ships manufacturer and/or vendor returns • Researches proof of delivery of shipment and previous freight bills (shipping) to check errors.• Maintains clean, neat, and orderly work area.• Assists in maintaining the security and safety of the warehouse.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE•General knowledge of a variety of basic topics, such as math,reading, basic accounting, typing, etc.  Equal to a high school diploma.•Over one year up to and including three years.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES•Reach lift, order picker lift, computer, RF unit, copier, inventory reports, accounts payable invoices, purchase orders, catalogs, printer, manuals.•Inside working conditions.•No environmental hazards indicated for this classification.•Medium Work:  Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.•Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less•Observing and area that can be seen up and in a given point.  This factor is important when job performance requires seeing a large area while keeping the eyes fixed.•Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist.  This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires full use of the lower extremities and back muscles.•Bending legs at knee to come to a rest on knee or knees•Bending the body downward and forward by bending leg and spine.•Extending hands(s) and arm(s) in any direction•Seizing, holding, grasping, turning or otherwise working with hands.  Fingers areinvolved only to the extent that they are in extension of the hand.•Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken work.  Talking is important for those activities in which workers must impart oral information to clients or to the publics, and inthose activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.
