We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our Internal IT Support Team.

This role will include working alongside an existing team of Support Analysts to provide support to existing and evolving infrastructure needs.

The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a general knowledge and proficiency with a wide array of Technologies.

Responsibilities

• Working within an Emerging ITIL Framework


• Provide Tier Two End User Support and Technical Issue Resolution for Internal IT Systems


• Troubleshoot End User Devices


• Supporting Modern Microsoft Desktop Environments


• Supporting End User Network Connectivity


• Supporting Linux and Microsoft Servers in a Cloud Hosting Environment


• Author Knowledgebase Articles for internal service and for Customer Self Service


• Collaborate with Engineering departments to drive Internal IT innovation


• Follow Processes and Guidelines, and when necessary author new ones

Minimum Requirements

• Strong Understanding of TCP/IP Networking


• Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop Environments


• Proficiency in Windows Server Environments


• Proficiency with Linux Server Environments


• Ability to create effective communication documents

Preferred Requirements

• Proficiency with Palo Alto Networks


• Proficiency with Meraki


• Proficiency with Cisco Switches


• PowerShell Scripting or experience with adjacent scripting technologies


• Automation via API


• Experience with Azure Cloud Hosting (AZ-104)
