As a Lease Operations Specialist you will process various lease functions as well as provide excellent customer service by completing assignments efficiently. In addition, you must maintain department productivity standards, track and submit daily productivity and appropriate general journal and general ledger transactions. You will also be required to participate in various departmental projects and testing as requested by management.

Responsibilities may include:


  • Prepare, Assign, and Distribute for Various Tasks
  • Manage Inboxes
  • End of Term Billing Letter Review
  • Process Audits
  • Daily Handling of Miscellaneous Exceptions Related to the Support Process

Qualifications:

Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and Adobe Acrobat

Knowledge of Basic Accounting Principles

Excellent Problem Solving Skills

Strong Time Management and Organizational Skills

Demonstrated Team Player, Ability to Prioritize, Previous Work Experience in a fast Paced Environment where Meeting Department Goals and Productivity were Required

Knowledge of iCAF, Mainframe, and QUEST Operating Systems Such as ETS, IMS, CALS, ALA, and Recovery One

Proficiency in Verifying the Completeness of Data, Entering Data According to a Specified Format and Preparing Production Reports
