In this role you will partner with Service Line Administrators and Chairs on the recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers across the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health (D-HH) system.  In conjunction with related leadership, you will develop and forecast an annual recruitment plan to support their recruitment needs with an optimal pool of candidates while ensuring a standardized experience throughout the process.   

Your Job Responsibilities:


  • You will assume responsibility for creating a pipeline of physician and advanced practice provider candidates by sourcing, screening and interviewing, planning and scheduling site visits

  • You will design, organize and implement a creative recruitment strategy for each search including a marketing plan

  • You will build positive relationships with referral sources, including but not limited to community contacts, residencies and fellowships, association conferences, and contract agencies

  • You will manage the recruitment process by ensuring requisitions are complete and budgeted and job postings are accurate

  • You will work efficiently and collaboratively to reduce vacancy rates and time to fill metrics

  • You will partner with the Medical Staff Office and Office of General Counsel regarding the credentialing process for Clinical Faculty and Locum Tenens

  • You will work collaboratively with the Immigration Specialist to track the status of Foreign Medical Graduates to support their sponsorship needs while informing all stakeholders of their immigration status      

  • You will collaborate with leadership in identifying contract language including but not limited to salary, benefits, and relocation needs 


Your Education:

Bachelor's degree required 

Minimum of 2 years of Provider Recruitment Experience
