Reporting to the Nurse Director of Intensive Care Unit, the ICU Nurse Manager will oversee administrative and clinical operations for this growing 18 bed unit. The Critical Care RN Manager will use their clinical and leadership expertise to mentor, coach, and supervise a dedicated team of Registered Nurses and support staff. The ICU Nurse Manager is responsible for promoting fiscal stability, developing unit policies, and implementing performance improvement projects.
